F. De-Identified and Aggregated Information

We may use Personal Information to create de-identified and/or aggregated information, such as de-identified demographic information, de-identified location information, or aggregated search trends and statistics. De-identified and aggregated information is not Personal Information, and we may use and disclose such information for research, analytics, and any other legally permissible purpose.

MLS and Data Providers

We receive property listing data from CRMLS through the Trestle API. Certain property information displayed on our Services is sourced from the MLS and is subject to the MLS's terms of use and display rules.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public; or to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected illegal activities, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Use.

Business Transactions

If MAI.HOMES is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Services of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information.

Rather than delete your Personal Information, we may also de-identify it by removing identifying details. If we de-identify the data, we will not attempt to re-identify it.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your Personal Information within 45 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
